As the second-generation leader of the family business, Mark Mini grew up immersed in the values and client promise established by his father, John Mini. His career began on the frontlines, driving trucks and working in installations. Over the past decade, Mark has served in leadership, including eight years as Vice President of Operations overseeing operations, design, and marketing, and more recently, finance and sales operations. Mark helped deliver notable projects that include the Winter Garden Palm Trees, Lowline Lab, the Ford Foundation, Passport to Paris at The Met, and the Brookfield Place Holiday Portfolio. Before joining the family business full-time, he worked in finance on the floor of the American Stock Exchange, served in AmeriCorps in New Orleans, and helped a fintech startup scale through its seed funding stage as a partner. He holds a B.A. in Business and Corporate Social Responsibility and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. Mark can be found working on the business, spending time with his family, coaching baseball, or competing in sports.
