Jorge Villeda has been a part of the growth and success of John Mini Distinctive Landscape since 2015. He joined the team during a crucial moment of the exterior service department; this was when we split territories and created an Uptown department. Since then, we have grown 68%. (2015: ~80 accounts 2021: ~135 accounts). Due to Jorge’s experience and dedication, we have been able to retain 90% of the accounts that he is responsible for.  
  
Jorge has not only provided experience and passion for the exterior service department, but has also been a part of the development and growth process of his crew members. Recently, one of his previous crew members was promoted to a foreman.
